With the team growing, the successful candidate will provide the opportunity to work in various sectors as part of a passionate and commended team of engineers and technicians. The successful candidates will report on project performance, to mentor train and develop junior engineers, and be open mind to and urge innovation and sustainability.

What you need to succeed:
- BA or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent too)
- You are a Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership)
- A minimum of six years postgraduate experience for a UK based design consultancy.
- Comprehensive and current detailed knowledge base of all aspects of civil and structural design
- To hold a valid CSCS card
- Willing and able to obtain security clearance
- Be open to and encourage innovation and sustainability
- Well-driven and encourages others to maximise their full potential
