Are you a strong Project Manager looking for new opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are working on behalf of a well-established main contractor who are actively looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This client specialises in new homes, assisted living accommodation and refurbishing homes. They work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, MOD and other value partners across the UK.
Responsibilities for the role:
- managing a team of Site Managers and Subcontractors on a large, RC Frame residential development.
- Responsible for health and safety and Quality Assurance.
- Ensuring the project runs on time and to budget
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years experience in a Project Manager position, on large RC Frame residential developments.
- Experience working withing a main contractor or a developer on Residential schemes from ground works through to handover.
- Driven and motivated individual
