Hybrid 2 days in London
The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs that support the growth and development of employees.
Key skills required for this role include:

- L & D Budget Management
- Line Management
- Learning Management System or Learning Engagement Platform experience
- Leadership Development Programs
- Digital Learning
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, connecting and collaborating with other areas of the global business.
Above all, a strategic mindset and passion for people development are key to excelling in this role. Ideally, you'll also have hands-on experience partnering with technical experts in a comparable context and be adept with the full learning cycle.
