Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operators in Pencoed.
We are working closely with a global manufacturing company that specialises in the production of high quality medical supplies.
Shifts: Various shift patterns available depending on departments - Days only or 7 day fortnight rotation - You must be flexible to work both days and nights.
Pay Rate- £11.90 - £16.10
Responsibilities
➢ Testing of samples
➢ Update of excel spreadsheets to input production data
➢ General housekeeping of the area – removal of waste
Essential Skill Requirements
➢ Basic Math's and English preferred (GCSE/equivalent C+)
➢ 2 + years relevant Operational/Manufacturing experience
Desirable Skill Requirements
➢ Lab and clean room experience
➢ Production experience
Due to the location and shift times having your own vehicle is ideal.
Immediate start dates for this position after a successful interview.
Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
