Rural Sittingbourne - on site during 3 month probation then hybrid 3 days office.

Purpose of the Employee Benefits Administrator / Pensions Administrator role:
To support employers and their employees with all elements of their benefits and personal finance. Delivering first class, proactive service for all clients.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in financial services, financial planning, Employee benefits or Pensions Administration.
Day to day:
- Processing of client, provider and adviser queries by email, letter and phone.
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth operations of Pension and 'Employee Benefits' on boarding and queries
- Pension Scheme joiner processing
- Processing Letters of Authority from clients
- Handling the Pension Transfer process
- Processing of Group Personal Pension monthly contributions
- Communicate with existing and former clients, providers and advisers via e-mail, letter and phone
- Managing questions, onboarding and issuing information on flexible benefits.
To fulfil this role it is likely that you will have :
- Minimum 2 years working experience of Group Personal Pensions and/or Personal Pensions
- Understanding of Pension Auto Enrolment legislation
- Understanding of Net, Salary Sacrifice and Tax for pension contributions
- Basic understanding of core employee benefit products such as Life assurance, income protection, and private medical insurance
If you have or are studying toward CII then even better - but this is not an essential requirement.
