Quantity Surveyor

Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Duties

-            Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing and pre-construction professionals

-            Simultaneously managing multiple projects over a range of clients whilst maintaining excellent standards of service

-            Supervising the work of assistants and apprentices to help foster their professional development

-            Working directly Project Managers and Construction Managers, as well as with the client contacts and managing relationships, being a key point of contact

About You

-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

-            Experience working for a main contractor, working on construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Industrial

-            Experience in providing quantity surveying services and a proficiency in using role related software

Salary Details

-            Annual salary of £45,000 – £60,000
