Acoustic Consultant

My client specialises in noise and vibration consultancy, boasting over 25 years of industry experience and a commitment to providing bespoke services. Their expertise encompasses consulting throughout the design and installation phases of custom acoustic solutions. We have a proven track record in diverse sectors such as construction, commercial units, and large-scale industrial projects. Furthermore, we offer expert witness support in both civil and criminal legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, combined with the IOA Diploma
• Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status
• Competence in addressing technical issues during assessments
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects, engaging closely with stakeholders throughout the development life cycle
• Previous experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct regular noise and vibration inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and British standards at all project stages
• Modify project plans and designs to align with client specifications and statutory guidelines
• Provide expert guidance and remedial advice to clients to mitigate technical issues that may impact project completion and timelines
