Warehouse Team Leader – Nights
I’m recruiting on behalf of our Client based in Dewsbury for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join part of their Nights Team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the nights team
- Monitor performance of shift and reassign duties as appropriate
- Respond to changing priorities as dictated by operational requirements
- Ad hoc duties as required to support the rest of the management team
- Complete regular training and conduct induction training
- Create and maintain daily reports regarding performance targets
- Support other team leaders and work with management team
- Ensure service is maintained within specified deadlines
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills within a fast paced Warehouse
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well organized and ability to prioritize
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 2115 – 0600
Payrate
An hourly payrate of £15.27
