Masterclass Education are working with a local Specialist Setting in Dorset who are looking for an English Teacher to join them from September onwards.

I am eager to speak to teachers of all levels of experience and key stage specialisms. 

This role involves teaching English up to a GCSE level across Key Stage 3 and 4. The right candidate for this role will have experience in adapting lessons to suit the needs and level of each individual student they work with.

What are we looking for?

• A teaching qualification with QTS (we are open to talking to ECT's that are eager to work in specialist settings)
• Additional training qualifications such as Team Teach or PECS (can be any key stage/subject specialism)
• Patience and a flexible view on learning
• A passion to make a positive difference
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• An understanding of the national curriculum
