Position: Defect Project Manager
Contract Duration: 18 months FTC

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
Healthcare project management experience is essential.
Highly desirable: experience working on PFI contracts or projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee major fabric and M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Take ownership of defect project management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
