K&M Recruitment – Property Manager – Finchley
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
3x Property Manager posistions with this company all based in the same office the client is looking to add a junior, mid-level and senior Property manager to the team
Property Manager:
- Co-ordinate the departments’ work on a weekly and daily basis
- Bring on new contractors.
- Manage contractor relationships.
- Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords,
- Ensuring Property Management systems are kept up to date.
- Ensuring communication between Landlord and Tenant.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
- The first port of call for tenant/property management issues
- Gain ARLA Qualification if not already obtained
- Full UK driving license
- Property Management Legislation
- Preferably 2 years experience as a Property Manager or working within a property company
- Ability to work independently as well as being a strong Team Player
