What will I be doing as a Service Engineer?

• Performing installation, maintenance, service and repair of perimeter protection systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Conduct PPM visits on customer sites across the country
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site

Skills and qualifications required of a Service Engineer?

• Previous experience as an Installation / Service Engineer or a similar role.
• Preferably CSCS qualified, holding a valid card.
• City & Guilds Electrical qualifications would be advantageous however is not essential 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and components
• Proficiency in system installation of industry standard perimeter control equipment
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
