**Role and Responsibilities:**

As a SEN Challenging Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Work one-on-one with children with ASD to manage and reduce challenging behaviours.

As well as,

- Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans.

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure a consistent approach.

- Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.

- Track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience working with children with ASD and challenging behaviours.

- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and resilience.

- Relevant qualifications in psychology, education, or a related field are preferred.
