- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answering of incoming calls
- Booking transport
- Sorting and allocating mail
- Administration duties
- PA work to support the companies directors
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to be proactive
- Previous reception experience is beneficial
