Site Manager
We are working on behalf of a well-established regional Main Contractor who cover various projects across education, commercial, and health care up to £25 million who are looking for their next Site Manager to join their team.
About the role of Site Manager
This role will see you join a project near Lewes on a £10 million Care home from enabling works onwards. As the Site Manager you will be reporting to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
- Management of all site based construction activities from initial site set up onwards
- Ensuring that high standard of health and safety are maintained at all times
- Short-term programming of works
- Reporting on progress against programme, budget and quality throughout
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Previous experience in a Site Management role with a Main Contractor
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- have a keen eye for detail and quality
