Requirements:
The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working in close collaboration with teaching staff to adapt lesson plans and learning materials to suit the needs of an individual student. You will provide constructive feedback to the student to support their learning and progression and monitor their progress to identify any additional learning needs. The support you will provide the student will be in-depth on a 1:1 basis to support their learning across the syllabus.

Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related subject.
- Passion for the education of young learners.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- A bubby personality with the natural ability to form strong bonds with others.
- Previous experience of working alongside pupils, or in school setting is preferable, but not mandatory.
