Project Coordinator/ Analyst  - Circa £25,000 + benefits

A leading business operating in the green energy/ carbon reduction sector, providing low carbon energy & energy efficiency solutions across the whole of the UK to the commercial and domestic sector

This role is a multi-faceted project support role and working on multiple project streams for the business developing new business areas and improving existing business streams. This is an excellent opportunity for a project co-ordinator to build a career in a rapidly growing industry sector

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  • Conducting and presenting research/analysis.
  • Carrying out project/market research and collating results.
  • Tracking key performance indicators.
  • Analysing and producing insights.
  • Helping to Identify problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, tracking timelines, Gant charts  etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining project contracts and financials.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings and events.

Experience and skills

  • Experience in a project support role
  • Graduate calibre individual
  • Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies
  • Analytical experience
  • Competent with project management tools i.e MS project or similar
  • Ability to carry out data analysis and present results.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with changing priorities.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to present outcomes and make recommendations.
  • Genuine interest or experience in Net Zero/Energy Efficiency sector would be desirable
