Are you passionate about making a real impact in social care through research, data, and innovation? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Research, Data, and Innovation team within the Improvement and Development Directorate.

About Us:

Our client uses research, data, and innovation to inform policy, service design, and practice. We support the Welsh Government's Performance and Improvement Framework across five key streams:

- Research: Managing projects and translating findings.

- Knowledge Mobilisation: Empowering research use in practice and policy.

- Data: Developing strategic data approaches for social care.

- Innovation: Fostering social care innovation in Wales.

- Innovation Coaching and Support: Building relationships and skills through coaching.

Your Role:

- Support Research Officers with data identification, meeting arrangements, and promoting linked data research.

- Provide administrative support for the adult social care data research group and events.

- Assist in coordinating priority-setting exercises and producing resources.

- Act as an ambassador for ADR Wales initiatives.
