Company Overview – Architectural Technician

An exciting new opportunity has just become available within a fast-growing maintenance and construction company.

This is a full-time permanent position based within their head office in Northampton.

Architectural Technician: Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for running multiple projects at a time

Provide architectural design input

You will need to be proficient in Revit

Project planning

Ensure all documents are completed and filed correctly

Ensure all accreditations are maintained

Ensure the business is meeting the standards needed to comply with the quality management systems

Coordination between external consultants and the in-house design team

Ensure that all subcontracted work is carried out correctly and to a high standard

Architectural Technician: Skills and Experience

At least 2 years’ experience running multiple projects

You will need to be proficient in Revit

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent relationship building skills

Confident using BIM
