Service Manager - Child Protection and Court
Hereford
Between £375 - £425 per day Ltd/Umbrella
The role
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead us through our improvement journey.
Leading the Child Protection and Court team, your Service will work preventatively with children and families, and wider community, to allow the child to remain within the family and/or wider network.
Herefordshire is on a journey and we would like you to be lead in our next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity to have a genuine impact on the local authority and help improve and protect the children and young people within it.
You will be a qualified Social Worker with significant experience of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have worked in line with Working Together 2018 to safeguard children and actively promoted multi-agency working to ensure the right people are in place to reduce risk for children.
You will be dedicated to supporting your team and colleagues while ultimately improving the lives of children and families within Herefordshire.
