Requirements:
- Qualifications: Must be a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Experience: At least 3 years in management (consideration given to Deputy Managers,Ward Managers, Lead Nurse)
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations
- Skills: Ability to lead clinical teams, excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
