Our client who are a market leader within the food production and packing industry are looking for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join their Night Shift team on a 12 week temp to perm basis based in Edstaston, Wem, with opportunity for a full and permanent contract being offered after completion of 12 full working weeks.

The Hygiene Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Up to 10 members of staff per night shift
• Ensuring the company hygiene and cleanliness standards are met each shift
• Understanding Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Overseeing the team
• Getting hands on where necessary and assisting with the cleaning of the facility
• Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to a high standard
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility does not affect production the next morning

The Hygiene Supervisor will:

• Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar environment
• Have Food Hygiene and Safety Qualifications (Preferred)
• Have excellent people management skills
• Able to work alone and lead a team of up to 10 people

Hours of Work:

• Sunday to Thursday 18:00pm-06:00am WORKING NIGHTS.

Rate of Pay:

• £16.80 per hour for the right candidate

DUE TO THE RURAL LOCATION OF THE SITE, AND THE HOURS OF THE NIGHT SHIFTS, OWN TRANSPORT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. THOSE WITHOUT THEIR OWN TRANSPORT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.

This position is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Wem, Whitchurch, Oswestry and other surrounding areas.
