What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes and ensuring students stay on task with their work.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.
• Providing support to students and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Liaising with teaching staff and school administration as needed.
