The Financial Accountant will be responsible for leading on all statutory reporting, Tax related work and leading on the external audit process. This would suit a candidate with a strong technical background who is keen to work in a fast paced environment.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Lead on all statutory reporting including the production of the financial statement.
• Lead the annual audit process including audit preparation and provision of data to the auditors.
• Line management of the transactional finance team of four including 1-2-1s.
• Lead on all tax related work including VAT and Corporation tax.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Audit/technical finance background.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Advanced systems knowledge including Excel.
