MEICA Site Manager

Midlands based – to cover Severn Trent Region

6+ Month Contract (very likely to extend due to being a long project)

Full time – Site based

MEICA Site Manager Skills/Technologies Required:


My client is looking for a MEICA Site manager to oversee M&E installations across Severn Trent Wastewater Treatment Sites. Candidates for the role of MEICA Site Manager in the water industry should possess a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, and management capabilities, including:

  • Extensive experience in managing MEICA projects within the water and wastewater sector.
  • A strong understanding of water treatment processes and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and telemetry.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in engineering or equivalent, and professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer, Project Management Professional).
  • SMSTS or Equivalent
  • UK Drivers Licence
