Centre Manager - £40,000 - Service Centre - Reading Area - 5 day week
Holt Recruitment are working with a Nationwide Service Centre Group, and they are actively looking for a Centre Manager to join their workshop.
As a Centre Manager, you will be invovled in repairing vehicles and managing the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on role; so you will spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.
You will be willing to Technicians OR Senior Service Advisors that would be able to demonstrate the ability to lead in the workshop and hit targets under pressure.
