Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated History Teacher to join our dynamic team, beginning in September 2024. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of History across various year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective History lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the History curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate in school events and contribute to our commitment to educational excellence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in History.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of History.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
