Based in the heart of Leeds in their outstanding offices, this is a hybrid role. - this is a permanent position working hybrid for a fantastic business. Working in a generalist capacity managing wellbeing as well as ED&I strategies.

This is a generalist position, coaching and influencing leaders across the business and delivering key people practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitating and driving change within the organisation
• Managing performance and ER matters
• Full management of the employee life cycle, including bonus and salary reviews
• Delivery of people practices and responsibility for continuous improvement
• Providing generalist HR support to a diverse organisation

Person Specification

• CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
• Experienced in the design, delivery and lead of HR specific projects

• Complex ER case management experience
• Indepth knowledge of employment legislation
• Thorough understanding of the full employee life cycle

• Effective communication with key stakeholder management experience
