We are seeking a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-profile projects across residential, commercial, hopsitality and fit-out sectors in Central London. Be at the heart of groundbreaking developments and work with a dynamic top-tier team.
- Liaising closely with the production lead to ensure all costs and spending is managed effectively.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Planning and budgeting the development accordingly.
- Produce monthly cost reports.
- Manage all subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure the project remains profitable
Desirable candidate:
- Previous experience working on £10 mil + schemes.
- Strong residential background
- Have a degree or HND qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years + experience in construction industry
