Solar & Air Source Heat Pump Electricians

Here at Ardour, we are privileged enough to work with one of the biggest and most established EV & Solar installation companies in the country. They’re on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and need loads more people to help make their vision a reality.

My client is expanding their Heat Pump & Solar Engineer team and we're looking for experienced electricians with solar PV & Heat Pump installation knowledge. You will be responsible for ensuring they can meet the installation specifications whilst maintaining regulations.
We are looking for people with a genuine skill for helping others and a passion for bringing to life the benefits of low carbon heating and solar. Rigour and confidence to make accurate decisions, knowing that the satisfaction and experience of our customers is at stake, is an absolute must.
As part of the team, they’ll ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top-class service they’re aiming for. You’ll be supported by an office team who will share the same performance goals, so they’re always working as one team to deliver the best possible experience for the customer. You’ll also have the backing of their massive tech power - so will be able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure you’re always delivering the best service. This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

•    £36.5K Basic 
•    £2.5K Bonus 
•    £25 PW lunch allowance (£1200 PA)
•    Overtime: Monday to Saturday 1.5x Hourly rate, Sunday 2x hourly rate 
•    If they do 2x EV jobs per day (which is very likely) they get an extra £30PD (on an average of 4 days per week they will hit this = £5760 PA)

What will you do?
•    Installation of solar PV systems
•    Installation of battery storage systems 
•    Comply with industry & MCS standards on all installations
•    Understand and be able to work to Risk Assessments and Method Statements
•    Working at Height appreciation and safety knowledge

What you'll need
•    Safety at the forefront of everything you do
•    Excellent people skills 
•    Previous experience as a domestic electrician 
•    18th Edition 
•    2391 qualified 
•    A full UK driving licence.
•    The ability to use a handheld terminal.
•    A flexible working approach and a desire to create a positive customer experience
