Hales Group are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our client based in Beccles.
  
Main Duties Include:

• Inspect and pack product to quality specification, operate mechanical devices as necessary and to identify faults taking the appropriate action.
• Palletise, label and record finished product and to transport finished product to warehouse.
• Collect and recycle scrap material effectively.
• Work with the Team Leader to achieve the Team plans: e.g. Cleaning / Hygiene; Improvement Plans; Training Plans; Labour Plans.
• Responsible for the movement of boxes/trays of finished product within the factory area and ensuring documentation and records are correct.
• Responsible for good housekeeping and organisation in the production area, working to our clients system, to ensure that it meets the standard required for the housekeeping / Safety Audits.

In order to be considered for this role;

• Ideally have previous experience in a production setting
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A good understanding of health and safety
• A full current driving license
• Able to work DAYS and NIGHTS

LOCATIONS: Beccles
HOURS: Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours Contract)
SHIFTS: 6.00am to 6.00pm (days) and 6.00pm to 6.00am (nights)
PAY: £11.44+ per hour
DURATION: Temporary
