Key Responsibilities

• Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Review and update health and safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff on health and safety protocols.
• Perform regular risk assessments and safety audits, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective

The ideal candidate

• Will have either manufacturing, construction, engineering or similar industry background
• Be looking for part time
• NEBOSH or IOSH or be looking to qualify
• Proficient in software such as Microsoft
• Strong analytical skills to assess and develop strategies
