We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead projects towards success.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at our Oxford office, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale projects within our building services consultancy. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. This role offers fast-track progression opportunities for individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and a drive for excellence.

Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

Team Management: Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to a team of Junior mechanical engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering principles and building services design to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives

Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing technical advice, and maintaining strong client relationships.
