About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects as needed.
• Adapt quickly to new classrooms, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Maintain a high standard of teaching, ensuring that all students are actively engaged and making progress.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to provide the best educational experience for students.
• Provide feedback on student progress and any issues to the school leadership team.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary schools across different year groups, from Nursery to Year 6.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to various teaching environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
