Cadence Search have been instructed by this very well established developer to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to expand their Commercial team. Specialising in very high specification properties they have built up an enviable reputation and due to their continued growth now need to bolster their dynamic commercial department. 
As a senior quantity surveyor you will be asked to oversee anywhere up to 3 projects at any one time usually at varying stages of build with your day to day duties including:

• Cost control
• Planning and forecasting
• Form close working relationships with various subcontractors
• Undertake site visits to understand the full scope of works
• Cost benefit analysis
• Compile monthly reconciliations
• Prepare and submit final accounts
