Do you have experience in CAD? Are you a real problem solver? Well, look no further - this role may be for you. A new opportunity has arisen in the Wellington area for a full time permanent Project Engineer role, where you would be in charge of day-to-day management and development of new product projects.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge projects and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that drive the industry forward.

Please note: this is a 100% site based and up to 75% of this role is office based.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Production Team to align project objectives with business and customer needs.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Input information into various customer quality part acceptance systems.


For this role you would preferably have an engineering based education and be able to show computer literacy, as well as some knowledge of quality systems such as APQ and control plans and FMEA. Experience of CAD systems, solidworks, engineering drawings, tool design and project management.
