Dynamics 365 Developer Lead

24 month FTC – London – Up to £96k (Based on experience)

Key Skills: Dynamics 365, C#.Net, Azure, Power Platform  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to effectively manage the Dynamics 365 offerings.
• Lead a team of Dynamics 365 functional consultants and developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions and integrations within the D365 platform.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices in Dynamics 365 development, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Offer technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Manage the product backlog, development tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to ensure the continuous improvement and reliability of the Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or Technical Lead with hands-on development expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and other programming languages relevant to Dynamics 365 development.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Significant experience in designing, deploying, and migrating CRM solutions in a global organization.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including their capabilities, customization, and configuration options.
• Proven track record in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, including integration with external systems via APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
