JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a reputable nursing home in Eastbourne is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their adult residents.

• Registered Adult Nurse - RGN
• £21.50 per hour
• Raising to £22.50 per hour, after successful probation
• Fulltime hours
• Day shifts only
• CQC rating: Good
• Care home for adults with severe disabilities and complex conditions

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• You must be a qualified nurse – RGN - and have a valid NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for specialist rehabilitative care
• Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
• Previous experience within a similar setting
• Minimum 6 months’ nursing experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE:

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
• Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
• May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
