Location:      St Pauls Cray/Sydenham (field based across sites/stores)

Salary:          £50,744

Hours:           36 hours per week (Monday to Sunday – flexible, out of hours and on-call included)

This role oversees the general compliance for our Trading team and will involve increasing and generating sales revenue across our Retail function, whilst line managing the senior management team to ensure the smooth running of our high street shops, our eCommerce and online department and our logistics team (including trading van drivers, stock movements and refuse collection).

The right candidate will have in-depth understanding of the charity retail sector and be willing to contribute to our mission for sustainability and be a champion for change. Alongside this, proven experience of a senior management position within the retail sector and have a good understanding of managing both staff and volunteers.
