Our client is currently looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join their fantastic growing team at a BRAND NEW site opening with state of the art equipment
What MOT Testers are being offered:
- Full time role / Permanent.
- Immediate interview/Start
- £27,000 - £35,000 to to £40,000 OTE
- 45 hours a week
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
The Role of an MOT Tester
- Perform MOT tests on vehicles in compliance with DVSA standards
- Identify and report any vehicle defects or issues
- Use power tools and hand tools for inspections and repairs
- Carrying out 4-Wheel alignment using the Hunter wheel alignment system
- Conduct emissions tests and check vehicle components such as brakes, lights, and steering
- Maintain accurate records of tests conducted
- Any other mechanic duties required to help meet business needs
Requirements for MOT Tester Position:
- Valid MOT Tester License
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Mechanical knowledge and experience working with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Previous experience using the Hunter wheel alignment system beneficial but not essential.
