Our client is a privately owned contractor with an established client base with a focus on refurbishment projects, have a new opportunity for a Planner to join the business .

For nearly 40 years, they consistently performed for their clients and have gained an exceptional reputation in delivering within the heritage, education and health sectors. Typically the size or projects will be between £3m - £10m.

In this new role for the business, your role as planner will be to support the business on both pre-construction and live projects. You will be also offered the opportunity to develop your career.

Preferred Experience required:

• Proficient in using Asta or Microsoft Project
• Good understanding of construction techniques, logistics, methodology and sequencing.
• Experienced in a similar role with a principle contractor.
• Knowledge of the planning requirements of different forms of contracts.
• Have an appreciation of the impact of cost in the compilation of a programme.

On offer will be a competitive salary and package negotiable based on experience.
