Your new company
- Working for a globally and industry-leading facilities management company. Who are looking to recruit for a Compliance Coordinator to take part in a growing team due to new business wins.
Your new role
- Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- You will playing a critical role managing building assets, validating and confirming Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and generating reports.
- You will be reporting directly into the compliance manager.
- Using the SFG20 platform to schedule, validate and generate compliance reports for planned maintenance on a range of contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
- At minimum of 2+ Years experience using SFG20 Application.
- A minimum of 2+ Years experience scheduling, validating and reporting PPM – Planned Preventive Maintenance.
- Ideally working for a private facilities management company or have worked in a similar field.
- Must live in a commutable distance to Milton Keynes.
- Hold a growth mindset to want a long-term career and become a Compliance Manager in the near future.
