Field Service Engineer
Location Leamington Spa
Salary £38 k to £44 k and 28 days annual leave plus overtime and pension.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical individual who has experienced of Installing CNC machinery and has customer-facing skills , the position demands a high level of proficiency, and we are looking for the next field service engineer to join our team.
Role Overview
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing our CNC machines in the field, adhering to our internal service standards.
- Resolving issues at customer sites by diagnosing faults and making repairs.
- Fostering strong professional relationships with all Mills CNC clients
- Ensuring strict compliance with our internal health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Sharing information within Mills and offering internal technical support regarding the Mills CNC Limited product line.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified engineer with recognised apprenticeship
- Experience in a CNC Field Service engineer role with knowledge of both CNC turning and milling machine tools.
- CNC control experience on Fanuc control (essential)
- CNC control experience on Siemens and Heidenhain controls (desirable)
- A professional and effective communicator
- A strong proactive attitude and approach to resolving issues on site.
