- Experience in designing common structural materials
- Strong understanding of current design standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Efficiently provide high-quality structural engineering design
- Attending and contributing to project/client meetings
- Conduct site visits and produce technical reports
- Mentor and support junior team members
