Are you a skilled Electrician seeking a rewarding opportunity in healthcare facilities maintenance? We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious healthcare site in Exeter. This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits including 5 weeks of holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs across the healthcare facility.
  • Responding promptly to electrical issues and breakdowns.
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.

Shift Pattern: You will work on a unique shift pattern consisting of 4 days on, followed by 3 days off, then 3 days on, and finally 4 days off. All shifts will be from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, amounting to an average of 7 working days within a 14-day period.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a facilities maintenance setting.
  • Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
