Lead Clinical Supervisor (RGN/RMN) Nurse. Public Health. Smoking Cessation. Tobacco Addiction. *FLEXIBLE LOCATION - VARIOUS OPTIONS* 

This is a newly created opportunity due to business expansion, for a skilled, passionate RGN (or RMN) quailfied nurse to join a dynamic healthcare provider as Lead Clinical Supervisor. 

You will provide clinical supervision to their growing team of smoking cessation practitioners, and organise and oversee direct observations of the national teams.

The position will also involve you providing quality assurance and oversight of the services and monthly care audits across the organisation, ensuring best practice and managing & continually improving processes and procedures. 

This is an exciting time to join as you will be part of the strategic growth plan, you will be instrumental in working on service development projects, driving staff performance & recruiting and onboarding new teams and delivering clinical training across the different teams.

As part of the management team, you will be looking at ways of growing existing services, and looking at ways of innovating and ensuring continual improvement, and be part of further developing a business growth plan. 

You will also receive your own personal & professional development, with excellent levels of financial investment in training, mentoring from senior management, and realistic opportunities to take on further responsibility and move into senior leadership for someone who is ambitious and capable.
