Maintenance Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for a competent mechanical maintenance operative to join our Team of Engineers delivering maintenance tasks for a prestigious client in Mile End in East London. The operative will be responsible for the monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance to cortical equipment in a controlled environment.
Responsibilities
Maintenance of dedicated Air Handling Units, Ventilation Systems and associated mechanical plant such as Humidifiers (Steam Generators) within a designated building.
Monitoring and maintaining specific air flow and humidity levels within the building.
To carry out M and E and HVAC general maintenance across site if required.
To ensure all records are updated and maintained including risk assessments and permit to work documents.
To monitor and maintain system and procedural compliance at all times.
Qualifications
Must have a Building Services Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Qualification Level 3 or higher
Must have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
18th Edition Qualification and City and Guilds 2391 would be advantageous.
Full Training will be provided.
