Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team, achieve sales targets, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3-5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven sales and team management record.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and data analysis.

- High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
