£40,000 - £45,000/annum

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Surrounding London Areas

40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Main Duties:

Completing daily, weekly, monthly & annual PPM's

Responding to emergency maintenance

Testing and inspecting mechanical systems and equipment

PAT Testing

Monitoring the BMS controls

Working on HVAC systems - Cooling towers, Chillers etc.

Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers

Liaising with subcontractors

Liaising with building managers

Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Mechanical bias

Mechanical biased UK degree

Previous experience working in commercial buildings
