£28,000 - £30,000
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
We are now looking for a new Contract Support to be a key member of the day to day operations here at a large government mapping site in Southampton. Here you will be helping to support the contract and scheduling works for the engineers on site on a day-to-day basis.
Previous experience working in a Maintenance/Service Administrator position would be highly desirable.

- Confident telephone manner

- Ability to work as a team.
- Confident in working alone and using initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A strong desire to develop your skills and to grow with the company.
- Attention to detail always.
- Approving jobs for invoicing.
- Booking jobs in with tenants.
- Dealing with contractor’s queries.
- Dealing with clients queries
